Man Utd Targeting Nicolas Jackson as Potential New Striker!

Manchester United are reportedly monitoring Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson as they look to strengthen their attacking options ahead of the new season.
According to The Times, the Red Devils are showing interest in the Senegalese forward, who is said to be evaluating his future at Stamford Bridge. With Chelsea having added Liam Delap from Ipswich Town and Joao Pedro from Brighton to their ranks, Jackson’s role as the main striker may be under threat — prompting speculation over a possible move.
Chelsea are believed to be open to offers if the price is right, with an estimated valuation of around £100 million (€115m/$134m). Alongside United, both AC Milan and Aston Villa are also reportedly keeping tabs on the 23-year-old.
Jackson has led Chelsea’s line for the last two seasons, scoring 30 goals in 81 appearances across all competitions. However, despite his decent record, the west London club has continued to reinforce their attacking depth under new boss Enzo Maresca.

At Manchester United, there’s growing concern over their frontline after a lackluster season. Rasmus Hojlund has yet to find consistent form, and Joshua Zirkzee managed just seven goals in 49 appearances during his debut campaign, prompting United to explore other options.
Meanwhile, negotiations for Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo appear to have hit a wall, with the Bees demanding more than what United paid Wolves for Matheus Cunha. That deal’s slowdown may push the Red Devils to shift their focus more seriously toward Jackson.

The Chelsea striker had a quiet FIFA Club World Cup campaign, making only three appearances and getting sent off against Flamengo. He also drew criticism from Cole Palmer for a selfish decision in the semi-final against Fluminense. If Jackson stays put, he’ll face strong competition from both Delap and Pedro to maintain a starting role under Maresca.
Whether Manchester United will meet Chelsea’s steep asking price remains to be seen, but a move could offer Jackson a fresh opportunity and United a much-needed boost up front.
